Welcome to RepurposerCollective.com. Your privacy is important to me. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you visit this website, join the Repurposer Collective, attend events, or interact with the community, how that information is used, and the choices you have regarding your information.

Information Collected

This website may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Your name and email address when you sign up for the newsletter

  • Information you provide when contacting me directly by email or through a contact form

  • When you join as a member: your name, email address, billing address, and payment details

  • When you register for a retreat or in-person event: your name, contact information, emergency contact, dietary restrictions, allergies, and any relevant medical or accessibility information needed to plan the event safely

  • Content you voluntarily submit, such as art challenge entries, photos, comments, or community posts

  • If you participate in the affiliate/referral program: information needed to track and pay referral commissions

Payment information. When you pay for membership or an event, your payment details (such as credit card number) are collected and processed directly by my payment processor, Stripe/PayPal/Squarespace. I do not collect or store your full payment card information on this website. Please review your payment processor's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.

Health and dietary information. Information shared for retreats (such as allergies, medical needs, or dietary restrictions) is collected solely to plan a safe event, and is shared only with those directly involved in event planning (such as venue staff or caterers) on a need-to-know basis.

Newsletter Emails

If you choose to subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is collected and managed through Squarespace. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any email.

Membership

If you become a member, your account, billing, and membership status information is stored to provide community access, manage your subscription, and communicate with you about your membership.

Retreats and In-Person Events

If you register for a retreat or event, your registration details (including any health, dietary, or emergency contact information) are used to plan and run the event safely, and may be shared with venue staff, caterers, or other event coordinators solely for that purpose.

Podcast and Community Content

If you appear as a guest on the Salvage podcast or submit content (such as art challenge entries, photos, or comments), that content may be published or shared publicly as part of the podcast, website, or social media, with attribution to you where practical.
