Welcome to RepurposerCollective.com. By using this website or joining the Repurposer Collective community, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or join the community.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the Repurposer Collective, become a member, purchase a membership, or register for an event. By joining or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Membership
Repurposer Collective membership is a paid, recurring subscription (monthly or annual).
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period and you will be charged the then-current membership rate until you cancel.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting me; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access through that period.
Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
I reserve the right to change membership pricing with reasonable notice to current members.
Membership benefits, community access, and content are for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
Community Conduct
As a member, you agree to participate respectfully and in good faith with other members. You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members
Post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, spam-related, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Use the community for commercial solicitation without permission
I reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate any member's access — without refund, in cases of serious or repeated violations — at my discretion.
Website and Podcast Content
All content on this website and the Salvage podcast, including articles, episodes, artwork, photographs, text, and downloadable resources, is the property of Natalya Khorover (or used with permission from guests/contributors) and is protected by copyright laws.
You may:
Share links or short excerpts from the website or podcast with clear attribution
Quote brief excerpts with proper credit and a link back to the original source when possible
You may not:
Reproduce, sell, or distribute content from this website or podcast without permission
Use podcast episodes, artwork, or community content for commercial purposes without written consent
Claim community member or guest contributions as your own
In-Person Retreats and Activities
Repurposer Collective retreats and in-person events may involve travel, communal living, outdoor activities (such as hikes or clean-ups), shared meals, and art-making with tools and materials.
Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge that in-person activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and exposure to outdoor conditions. By registering, you voluntarily assume these risks.
Health and Dietary Information. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions in advance, and for bringing any necessary medications or supplies.
Travel. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for arranging and covering your own travel to and from retreat locations.
Liability Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Natalya Khorover and the Repurposer Collective from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in in-person events, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Cancellation. Retreat deposits and fees are [state your policy, e.g. "non-refundable within 30 days of the event start date"], unless the event is canceled by Repurposer Collective.
A separate liability waiver may be required before attending in-person events.
Purchases
When you purchase a membership, event pass, or other paid offering, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment processor. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax associated with your purchase.
Affiliates
If you participate in any Repurposer Collective affiliate or referral program, your participation is subject to separate affiliate program terms, which may be provided to you upon enrollment in that program.
Third-Party Links
This website may include links to third-party websites or services, retreat venues, social media platforms, podcast hosting platforms, or email subscription services. Natalya Khorover is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
Comments and User-Submitted Content
By posting comments, submitting art challenge entries, or otherwise sharing content with the Repurposer Collective, you grant Natalya Khorover a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote that content in connection with the community (such as on social media or the website), with attribution to you where practical.
Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Natalya Khorover does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natalya Khorover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, your membership, or your participation in any virtual or in-person event. In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Natalya Khorover harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this website, your membership, your participation in events, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, Westchester County.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
