This is a 3-Month Intensive.
A 12-week 1:1 immersion with Natalya — for artists ready to transform their practice, their materials, and their relationship with the world they make work in.
Is this for you?
You're already on the path. This takes you further.
The Repurposer Residency is not an introduction. It's a dedicated, intensive partnership for artists who are already thinking in materials — and who are ready to push that thinking somewhere they can't get to alone.
This is for you if:
You care deeply about the environmental impact of your work and want your art to reflect that commitment fully.
You've experimented with repurposed materials but feel like you've only scratched the surface of what's possible.
You want a thought partner — not a course — someone who will challenge your assumptions and push you toward new territory.
You see everyday waste not as trash but as raw material, and you want to learn to use it with intention and mastery.
You're ready to commit 3 months to your practice — showing up, experimenting, and doing the work between sessions.
You want to leave with a transformed body of work, not just a new set of techniques.
This is not for beginners. If you're just starting to explore repurposing, the Repurposer Collective is your best course of action. The Residency is for artists who are already on the path and are ready to go somewhere they haven't been yet.
What's included:
Twelve weeks. Entirely yours.
The Residency is built around your practice — your materials, your aesthetic, your questions. Every session is shaped by where you are and where you want to go.
12 weekly 1:1 sessions with Natalya 60 minutes each, every week for 3 months. Not a curriculum — a living conversation that evolves with your work.
Personalized materials map — A deep audit of your practice, your waste streams, and your aesthetic — identifying the specific materials most aligned with your work and values.
Between-session feedback — Share experiments, questions, and work in progress via Telegram. Natalya's guidance doesn't stop when the Zoom does.
Full Repurposer Collective membership — Access to monthly Zoom meetups, masterclasses, and the full Repurposer Collective community for the entire duration of your residency.

Natalya Khorover — Artist, educator, environmental steward
Natalya Khorover is the founder of The Repurposer Collective and an endlessly curious artist whose practice centers on transforming waste into powerful visual statements. She has spent years developing techniques for working with plastic, fabric, paper, and everyday detritus — not as novelty, but as a genuine and rigorous artistic language.
As a teacher, Natalya is known for her generosity, her contagious enthusiasm, and her ability to help artists see the materials around them with completely new eyes. Her masterclasses, community Zooms, and 1:1 work have changed the practices — and the lives — of artists across the world.
The Repurposer Residency is her most intensive offering: a direct, sustained partnership for artists who are ready to do the real work.
